We have noticed that a large part of our birch sap customers can be divided into two groups - those who like only very fresh and clear sap, collected at the beginning of the sap season, and those who wait a bit and order the sap at the end of the sap season, because then it gets slightly sour. That is why we have developed a new product - slightly fermented birch sap that our customers can order all year long!
