TOURS AND TASTINGS

You're welcome to visit our factory and cellar, where BIRZI sparkling birch sap is made and stored. We'll tell you everything we know about birch sap (video projections, pictures - materials from spring juices). You'll taste birch sap - both fresh and sparkling. It will also be possible to taste the unique birch sap syrup, the production of which is a long process. During the tour, you’ll have the opportunity to visit the the world’s first sap tree park , where only trees whose sap can be used for food are planted. The products we produce are biologically certified. All BIRZI products will be available for purchase.

BOOK A VISIT

  • Tastings for groups 10-40 persons

    We offer tastings for groups from 10 to 30 people. Please book in advance. Fee per person is 5 EUR + VAT. Visits are free for children up to 7 years old. Duration of visit is 1-1.5 h. We speak Latvian, Russian and English. Also in case of individual visits, please contact the hosts in advance.

  • Tasting fee and The shop

    The cost per person is 6 EUR + VAT. Children up to 7 years old - free of charge. The tour lasts 1-1.5 hours.

    There is a shop on site that is open during the tour. All BIRZĪ products will be available for purchase at special producer prices.

    All BIRZĪ products are organically certified.

    During the tour, you’ll have the opportunity to visit the world’s first sap tree park .
