Maximum daily dose 2 ml i.e. 3 pipettes, contains 1.9 ml chaga extract, of which 518 mg is shiitake.

USE: For adults serving size 2 ml i.e. 3 pipettes, 1 x per day. The best way to administer the tincture is to drop the tincture directly from the pipette under the tongue, but the tincture can be added to coffee, tea, or smoothies, for example. Children under 12 years of age should not use the product. Daily consumption must not exceed the recommended daily dose! The food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
