Creation of this exclusive birch vodka begins in March, when the birch sap season starts. Birch sap is being collected only from organically certified birches. Next, the birch sap undergoes a 3-month long fermentation process, after which it is distilled through birch leaves, giving this beverage a mild taste that takes you through the experience of Latvian sauna. BIRZĪ Strong can be used own its own or as an ingredient in cocktails. Opening of this product comes with a surprise - aromatic confetti of dried birch leaves accompanies when pulling the bottle out of the box.
