From May 1 to November 1, the BIRZĪ production facility is open for visits and tours.

We will tell you everything we know about birch sap (video projections, pictures - materials from the spring sap flow), we will offer you birch sap - both fresh and sparkling with different flavors. You will also have the opportunity to taste the unique birch sap syrup, the production of which is a long and labor-intensive process, and the exclusive birch balsam, the ingredients of which 95% come directly from the birch. During the excursion, you will be able to visit the world's first sap tree park, where only trees whose sap can be used as beverage are planted. All BIRZĪ products can be bought on the spot for special manufacturer prices.

We offer tours with tasting for groups from 10 to 40 people. Price per person 7 euros + VAT. If the number of visitors is less than 10 people, then the minimum excursion fee is applied - 70 euros + VAT.
