Strawberry bruschetta with burrata, mint and birch sap syrup

The recipe isn't particularly complicated, but it may give you an idea of how to make a special snack with rubbing syrup.

Cover the bruschet with fresh strawberries, put pieces of buratta cheese, fresh mint and pour everything with birch juice syrup.
