Fresh green salad with maple flowers and apple syrup

Maple is a real spring super-tree (alongside to birch of course). At the beginning of spring, we harvest fresh maple sap and later in the spring, when sap season ends, maple flowers are perfect addition, full of nutritious elements, for a healthy and tasty spring salad. You can also use young nettles or dandelion leaves, birch and blackcurrant buds, etc. Nature is full of vitamins and flavors! Preparation: Mix all desired fresh greens and pour over BIRZĪ 100% apple syrup and olive oil. Add salt to taste.
