Šokolādes krēms ar vaniļas un ābola sīrupa mērci

Chocolate cream with vanilla and apple syrup sauce

Preparation

  20 min.
Required:
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 300 ml milk (hot)
  • 300 ml sour cream 35%
  • 7 tsp. sugar
  • 4.5 units k. cocoa
  • 25 g of gelatin
  • Vanilla sugar 2 tsp.
  1. Beat egg yolks with cocoa, add heated milk.
  2. Stir in cold gelatin over 5-10 minutes.
  3. When the mass begins to thicken, add and stir in the whipped cream with sugar and vanilla sugar.
  4. Pour the mass into a container, place in the refrigerator and allow to solidify.
  5. Vanilla sauce

VANILLA SAUCE

Required:

    • 300 ml full
    • 200 ml of sour cream
    • 100 g of sugar
    • 4 egg yolks
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
    1. Beaten egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar.
    2. Pour the milk and cream into the saucepan.
    3.  Heat the milk with sour cream and pour a little of it into a bowl with eggs, stirring constantly.
    4. Pour the contents of the bowl into a saucepan with milk and sour cream, stirring vigorously until thickened. The temperature of the sauce should not exceed 84 degrees
SPRAY THE FINISHED DESSERT WITH APPLE SYRUP BEFORE EATING.
