Chocolate cream with vanilla and apple syrup sauce

Preparation

20 minutes
Required:
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 300 ml milk (hot)
  • 300 ml of heavy cream 35%
  • 7 tsp sugar
  • 4.5 tbsp. cocoa
  • 25 g gelatin
  • Vanilla sugar 2 tsp.
  1. Beat the egg yolks with cocoa, add the heated milk.
  2. Stir in the gelatin, which has been soaked in cold water for 5-10 minutes.
  3. When the mixture begins to thicken, add and stir in the heavy cream whipped with sugar and vanilla sugar.
  4. Pour the mixture into a container, place in the refrigerator and let it set.
  5. Vanilla sauce

VANILLA SAUCE

Unbearable:

    • 300 ml milk
    • 200 ml of heavy cream
    • 100g sugar
    • 4 egg yolks
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
    1. Beat the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar.
    2. Pour the milk and cream into a saucepan.
    3. Heat the milk with the cream and pour a little of it into the bowl with the eggs, stirring all the time.
    4. Pour the contents of the bowl into a saucepan with milk and heavy cream, stirring vigorously until thickened. The temperature of the sauce should not exceed 84 degrees.
DRESS THE DESSERT WITH APPLE SYRUP BEFORE EATING.
