Ingredients:
1 whole pineapple
4 small pears
100 ml of meadowsweet syrup
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp Grand Marnier liqueur (can be replaced with cognac or brandy)
Vanilla ice cream
Preparation:
Peel the pears and cut them into 2 cm pieces. Cut the pineapple into 4 parts and remove the
core, peel and cut the pulp into plates. Arrange pineapple peels on the grill and place pineapple slices and pear pieces on top of them. Grill for about 15 minutes until the fruit pulp
is hot.
Every 5 minutes, glaze the fruits with a syrup mixed with cinnamon and Grand
Marnier liqueur.
At the end, arrange fruits on plates together with vanilla ice cream. Poor over the remaining
syrup mixture.
