Ingredients:
- 600g pork tenderloin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 apples
- 1 garlic
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp white or red balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
Preparation:
Pork cut 3 cm sliced. Reheated Fry in oil on both sides, no longer than 5 minutes. Remove from the pan. Place peeled, sliced apples in the pan, boil 3-4 mention, until soft. Add 3 tbsp water, crushed garlic cloves, maple syrup and vinegar. Put slices of meat, a few minutes stir, until pork is ready and sauce is thick and sticky. Stir in the end whole grain mustard.
