Pork tenderloin in maple syrup with apples

Ingredients:

  • 600g pork tenderloin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 apples
  • 1 garlic
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp white or red balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp whole grain mustard

Preparation:
