Ingredients:
- 600g pork fillet
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 apples
- 1 garlic
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp white or red vinegar
- 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
Preparation:
Cut pork fillet into 3 cm slices. Fry in heated oil on both sides for no longer than 5 minutes. Remove from pan. Put peeled and sliced apples in a pan, cook for 3-4 minutes until soft. Add 3 tablespoons water, crushed garlic, maple syrup and vinegar. Put the slices of meat, stir for a few minutes, until the pork is ready and the sauce is thick and sticky. Stir in whole grain mustard at the end.
