Irish Latvian coffee (2 servings)

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons Irish whiskey

4 tablespoons of meadowsweet syrup

425ml fresh, strong, black coffee

90 ml of whipped cream

Preparation:

Pour 2 tablespoons of whiskey and marshmallow syrup into each heatproof glass. Add hot coffee. Optionally, stir or leave the drink in layers. Carefully top with a whipped cream topper.
