Irish coffee in Latvian style (2 servings)


4 tablespoons of Irish whiskey

4 tablespoons of meadowsweet syrup

425 ml of fresh, strong, black coffee

90 ml of whipped cream


Pour 2 tablespoons of whiskey and meadowsweet syrup into each heatproof glass. Add hot coffee. Optionally, the drink can be mixed or left in layers. Carefully place a cap of whipped cream on top.
