Čaga skābā (sour)

Chaga sour

80 ml chaga
 elixir IMMUNO ELIXIR with black currant;
1 egg white;
10 ml lemon juice;
10 ml BIRZĪ dandelion syrup (can be replaced with sugar syrup);
1 orange peel.

Shake all the components through without ice. Add ice and shake again. Strain twice into a cocktail glass. Squeeze on some essential oil from the orange peel. Decorate with an orange rhombus at the edge of the glass.
