Festive sparkling birch sap, BIRZI, 6 x 0.75l or 12 x 0,75 l

0.75l champagne bottles with non-alcoholic, naturally fermented, sparkling birch sap with hibiscus tea, clove, and pinch of sugar. Hibiscus tea gives this sap the pink color and clove makes the taste a bit spicy, bringing association to cold weather comfort drinks. This sap is great also when warmed up with added cinnamon and orange peel. Our BIRZĪ sparkling birch saps will be great refreshments for celebrations and special dinners!
